When you stop dieting and live with no food rules you might think “Oh gosh… I’ll just eat cookies ? and ice cream ? all day long!” ?And while, yes, you COULD do that if you wanted to the real question is… do you want to? ? would that feel good? would that be satisfying?

When to learn to become a real intuitive eater (not the watered down version IG sells you!) you make food choices that fuel your body in a way that allows it to feel it’s best… in addition to the “soul nourishing” food choices as I call them (Lookin’ at you strawberry cheesecake cookies! ?) You easily find “balance”. You learn to listen to your body of what types of foods feel good and the amounts as well. An intuitive eater may have more or less than what is pictured depending on the day because hunger ebbs and flows!
