Hope you were able to do something FUN over the long weekend! 🌞
Jason (my soon-to-be husband! 💍) and I went hiking in Zion (our FAVORITE place! It’s also where he told me he loved me for the first time last February! 😍)

Our favorite hike together is Angels Landing.
For breakfast each morning we had these chocolate overnight oatmeal jars.
So convenient to get just out the door and go adventuring!
Chocolate Raspberry Overnight Oats Recipe:
For EACH 1 serving:
1/2 cup old fashioned, gluten-free rolled oatmeal, dry
1 scoop chocolate protein powder of choice
2 Tbsps chia seeds
1 Tbsp unsweetened raw cacao
3/4 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1/2 cup organic raspberries
Optional: tiny pinch of stevia, raw honey, pure maple syrup (this depends greatly on your personal sweetness preference…mine were sweet enough simply because of the raspberries + protein powder)
Give everything a good stir, and place in the fridge overnight, in a sealed container. Lasts 4-5 days.
And yes, they are eaten cold.
