Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Peanut Butter Protein Balls

makes 20 balls

Ingredients:
8 medjool dates, pitted
1 cup unsalted roasted, or raw peanuts – your choice
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter, all natural
2 scoops protein powder of choice
2 Tbsp raw honey
pinch of sea salt

Instructions:
Place dates, and peanuts in a high-speed food processor and process on high for about a minute. Add rest of the ingredients to processor. Mix for 1-2 minutes or until your dough is formed.
Scoop out a Tablespoon of dough and roll between palms. Repeat with the remaining dough.
Keep in air-tight containers and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
