Smoothie:
1/2 an avocado
1 Tbsp. cacao
1 Tbsp. raw honey or 1/2 banana
1/2 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
tiny pinch of cinnamon
tiny pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Blend your ingredients in a high powered blemder until smooth. Pour the mixture
over a bowl of 1/2 cup prepared chia pudding leaving room for toppings.
Toppings options:
1/2 sliced banana
3-4 sliced strawberries

Best Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding Recipe
Makes 4 Servings
Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla-flavored unsweetened almond milk, or unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsps pure maple syrup (preferably grade B),
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup chia seeds
Instructions;
In a medium glass bowl, gently whisk the milk, yogurt, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, the vanilla and sea salt until just blended. Whisk in the chia seeds; let stand 30 minutes. Stir to distribute the seeds if they have settled. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Spoon the pudding into 4 bowls.
