Quick Turkey Taco Salads for Lunchtime + Meal Prep! ???
#HappyNewWeek .
{This has become a new family favorite, and we’re making it once a week!
The turkey taco meat is soooo good! This is also a great meal prep idea. Enjoy!

Serves 6-8

Turkey Taco Meat Ingredients:
1 Tbsp avocado oil
1/2 yellow onion, diced
2 lbs organic ground turkey
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 Tbsps organic tomato paste
1/2 cup organic bone broth or turkey/chicken stock

Instructions:
Add oil to a large skillet over medium high heat. Once hot, add in your onions and cook for 4 minutes. Add turkey meat and break up with your wooden spoon. Let cook, stirring often for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through. Add in chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, and sea salt, stir well. Add tomato paste and bone broth and stir until all ingredients are well combined. Add freshly ground black pepper, and more sea salt if needed.

Ingredients For Salad:
8-10 cups green leaf lettuce (or any other greens that you like)
6 radishes, sliced
1 pint of cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
1 jalapeno, sliced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 lime, sliced
2 avocados, sliced

Combine lettuce, radish, tomatoes, and jalapeño in a large bowl. Add your turkey taco meat over the top. Add avocado, cilantro, and lime slices. Serve with your favorite salsa.

For food prep, divide all ingredients between 6 containers, equally.
Seal, and store refrigerated for up to 3 days.
