Tangy-Honey Roasted Broccolini {#SundayMealPrep going down NOW ? What are you up to today?}

makes 3-4 servings
Ingredients
1 lb. broccolini
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1/2 Tbsp chili flakes
2 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil
3 Tbsps coconut aminos, or liquid aminos
1 Tbsp raw honey
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine oil, coconut aminos, honey garlic and chili flakes.
Spread the broccolini on the baking sheet and drizzle with honey-aminos mixture. Toss well to get them all coated, then arrange
in a single layer.
Roast for 12-15 minutes in the preheated oven…until they are crisp-tender.
