BLACK CAULIFLOWER PIZZA ? CRUST with SMOKED SALMON SPREAD! Hey all! I’ve been experimenting with activated charcoal recently in cooking and decided to use it in a pizza crust! Worked wonderfully! This is my usual cauliflower crust, which I’ll post below. I ALSO made a smoked salmon spread with smoked salmon, @foragerproject yogurt, coconut aminos and lemon juice! definitely going to be my new go-to! So yummy! Added some sautéed mushrooms, arugula, peppers and zucchini with a sprinkle of pumpkin seed ? Happy Pizza ? Friday!

Crust:
1/2 head of cauliflower riced
2 tablespoons @nutiva coconut flour
1 tablespoon psyllium husk (or flax seed)
3 egg whites
1-2 tablespoons activated charcoal
1 tsp @paleopowder italian blend
