Celebrating Thursday with this SESAME SALMON and SESAME GINGER CASHEW zoodles! This whole meal is #whole30…I’m not currently doing Whole 30, but I do eat a lot of approved meals. So for those of you who do…this meal was freaking delicious. I’ve been working on recipes all day and I’m pooped! Deets: arugula, chopped cabbage, roasted sweet potatoes (prepared last night) red pepper, avocado, zoodles with this sauce and seared @eatmarkethouse wild salmon brushed with a mixture of sesame oil and coconut aminos after it finished. SESAME GINGER CASHEW SAUCE: 2 tablespoons @georgiagrinders cashew butter, 2 tablespoons coconut aminos, red pepper flakes to taste, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 4 teaspoons sesame oil, 1 teaspoon ground ginger and 1-2 teaspoons water. Whisk together until smooth. •
