Chips are on the menu at least four times a week. Sometimes I cook them from scratch, other times I get help from @McCainUK ?. I typically bake my chips in the oven to keep the fat content moderate, but I’m excited that #McCain has launched their #LighterHomeChips, which still delivers on taste, crispiness and fluffiness but is a superb 30% lower in fat ??…. that’s one more reason for us (and you) to eat chips more frequently during the week ?
