CRISPY SALMON and TAHINI MISO CAESAR PASTA made from green beans 😍 Happy Wednesday loves!!!! Seriously swooning over this lunch right now 🙃🙃 I prepped a bunch of salmon on Monday and it’s been a life saver ❤️ Posting recipe for this delicious tahini Caesar dressing below! Also, still loving this green bean pasta from @bellabondonzapasta that I found at Marshall’s ❤️ I hope you all have a lovely day!!! I got 8.5 hours of sleep last night and I’m feeling like a new person 🙃 Getting a bunch of work and errands done today so I can visit my nephew tomorrow who was away for three weeks… I miss him 🙈



Deets: arugula, crispy seared salmon (see highlights for my method), tomatoes, avocado, hemp seeds, green bean pasta and tahini Caesar dressing. For the dressing: 1/4 cup tahini, 1 tablespoon white miso paste, 2 tablespoons Olive oil, 1-2 tablespoon water (or more for thinner dressing, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 clove minced garlic, 2 teaspoons mustard, 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, a pinch of sea salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon of brining juice from capers. Which together until smooth and add water if needed. •
