Did you guys know that plants (nuts, seeds, chia etc) don’t provide the exact type of omega-3 fatty acids we need 🤔We need the DHA type of omega-3 that is commonly found in 🐟 oils. But hey! We don’t need to eat 🐟we just need to get it from the exact source that they get it – Algae!
