First things first, haha. The recipe for the mushroom bourguignon is on my blog, and the video is both on my YouTube channel on my blog 🙌🏾

My dinner today is this super creamy mushroom pasta. I achieved this creaminess yoghurt. I know, I know, that sounds like a travesty, but this is by far the best oil-free, creamy mushroom pasta I’ve ever cooked. No joke! I’m bummed that I didn’t make more, but I’m cooking it again for dinner tomorrow.

I’m busy with writing meal plans for clients this evening, so I’m not going to stick around much tonight. I hope you have a wonderful Friday evening 💚 #veganbysomi
