Happy FRIDAY loves! Enjoying these BBQ seasoned shrimp with this pasta with THREE-INGREDIENT creamy garlic and onion sauce (well 4 of you count the salt). Also, these greens from @lef_farms have been my favorite!!! They are local to New England and produced in a hands-free facility in New Hampshire! Check them out at Hannafords and Star Market. It’s been rainy here all day, so I got some work done this morning for my web site before my workout. There’s a demo in my stories for these shrimp and this sauce was so easy and super tasty…What are you up to this weekend? Deets: A bed of @lef_farms greens, crispy kale, wild shrimp seasoned with bbq seasoning and sautéed in coconut oil, gluten free pasta with sauce and tomatoes. Sauce: 1/2 cup canned coconut milk (the thick cream part), 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, dash of salt…mix with warm pasta!
