Happy FRIDAY! Sharing this KALE BASIL HEMP pesto recipe I made last night that came out DELICIOUS. Plus these crispy breaded chickpeas have been on repeat lately 😋 I used @suncorefoods hemp seeds and rose salt for the pesto. Hope you are all having a fantastic week. Deets: greens, soft boiled egg, tomatoes, almond flour breaded chickpeas (Toss in a little olive oil, almond flour and spices and bake on 400 for about ten minutes), chickpea pasta topped with this pesto. Pesto: 2 cups chopped kale, 1 cup fresh basil, 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 teaspoon @suncorefoods rose salt, 1/3 cup @suncorefoods hemp seeds, 1 tablespoon coconut aminos, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes. •
