Happy Memorial Day loves! Today I am throwing it back to this PLANT BASED PIZZA I made a couple weeks ago, because I made 2 of these grain-free almond-cauliflower crusts and froze one 😍 Guess what I’m having for lunch 🙃 I’m not doing much today and it feels so good to chill out! This pizza was topped with homemade beet green pesto, homemade curried hummus (not paleo), tomatoes, avocado, @miyokos_kitchen Mozzarella, @soomfoods tahini, peas, dill and hemp seeds. Today let us remember all who have gone. ❤️



Crust: 1 Cup riced cauliflower, 1 Cup almond flour, 2 tablespoons coconut flour, 2 tablespoon ground psyllium husk, 2 flax eggs (1 tablespoon ground flax and 3 tablespoon water per egg), 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and spices of your choice (I used 1 tablespoon Italian blend). Mix dry ingredients then add flax eggs and olive oil and bake on 400 for about 20 mins. •
