Happy #worldpastaday!!! I missed national pasta day so I’m celebrating on time with this sriracha cashew BUTTERNUT pasta and some SWEET CHILI SHRIMP! It’s been a crazy week…anyone else feeling the effects of the full moon?!! Anywho, recipes are below…cooking today for my event this weekend in Boston with @kerriaxelrod…check my stories for deets. Deets: Shrimp tossed in sweet chili sauce and sautéed for a couple minutes on each side. Cabbage, avocado, pepper, micro greens, and sautéed butternut squash noodles tossed in the sauce. Recipe: 1/4 cup @georgiagrinders cashew butter, 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk, 1-2 tablespoons coconut aminos depending on how sweet you like it, 1 tablespoon sriracha (I used the coconut sriracha from @marionskitchenfood, pinch of salt. Whisk together until smooth and creamy and add water if it’s too thick. •
