For lunch today I made myself this Lentil and aubergine stew with mashed potatoes! This was super good! I will post this recipe to my blog soon! My laptop broke on me last week and that’s the reason why there’s been no update on my blog or to my newsletter subscribers. I’ll be back in action pretty soon, fingers crossed ?
