Who doesn’t love a bowl of pasta? I enjoyed mine with 🍃red kidney beans, steamed courgettes, red bell peppers, shiitake mushrooms and spinach.
If you’re still concerned about protein on a vegan diet, eat lots of 🍃spinach, beans, lentils, dark green vegetables, nuts, seeds and quinoa. Pasta is actually a good source of protein too 🍃 Did you know that? Have a great evening lovelies 🌹 #veganbysomi
