It’s been a little while since I showed you my nighttime treat – oats 😊 I had leftovers for lunch today so I thought I’d show you this instead.
I usually make my oats with mashed bananas, almond milk, cinnamon and of course rolled oats. I let the mixture cook for about 5 minutes. I don’t like my oats too mushy, I like to have some texture. I’ve topped this with berries 🍒 raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. I also added some coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, and goji berries. Trust and believe that I added some yoghurt after 😊
