quickly devoured this delicious collards wrap!

I just devoured a scrumptious collards wrap in record time! It was absolutely delicious! This morning, I stumbled upon the most beautiful organic collards at the grocery store and I knew I had to get them. They turned out to be the perfect choice for my tuna salad. I loaded them up with spicy peppers, juicy tomatoes, crunchy carrots, creamy avocado, fresh sprouts, and Safe Catch Foods tuna mixed with minced red onion, Kite Hill Foods almond milk yogurt, Himalayan salt, pepper, lemon juice, and coconut aminos. And to top it off, I added some Pickled Planet beet kraut. Trust me, this combination is amazing!

Earlier today, I had a frustrating experience spending an hour and a half on the phone with Expedia trying to sort out a flight. By the time I hung up, I was absolutely hangry. But this collards wrap came to the rescue and turned my day around. Happy Sunday, everyone!

And that’s a wrap! Tell me, what food choices do you make to help aid your weight loss goals?
