One of the reasons I love pasta so much is that it doesn’t take much to make it perfect. 3 or 4 ingredients, 5 at most and you can enjoy the most comforting and satisfying food.
I know I base most of my meals around whole foods. Pasta is not a whole food technically, but I eat it because I enjoy it a lot and also because it doesn’t actually have the same effect on blood sugar as white flour and other processed foods. Apart from that life is just too short to not eat pasta 😉
