I hear way too often that people think potatoes 🥔 and bagels 🥯 are *bad*.
[It seems to be all of the carbs, isn’t it?!]
Have you ever avoided white potatoes or bagels to help with weight loss? 🙋🏻♀️🙋🏾♀️🙋🏼♀️
✅ Truth: YES, English muffins and bagels, sweet potatoes and white potatoes provide DIFFERENT amounts of nutrients (carbohydrates, fibre, vitamins, etc.)
because they are DIFFERENT foods!
That doesn’t make any of them *bad*!
More important things to consider:
🤍 are bagels ALL you eat or do you include a variety of different foods?
🤍 do you eat more bagels than you do fruits and vegetables?
🤍 what do you tell yourself WHILE you’re eating the bagel?
