More food, same weight!! 🙌

That’s right friends, 7 weeks since my diet ended and I am eating 500 CALORIES MORE a day. And I’m the SAME WEIGHT (actually a little bit lighter but let’s not obsess over the details) 😏

I am spreading the extra calories fairly evenly among my normal meals. This is a great way of boosting your overall calorie intake, just making small tweaks here and there rather than overhauling your whole diet 😋

🔹Pre workout: Banana
🔹Breakfast: Low fat greek yoghurt (@chobaniau), oats, raspberries, @byronbaypeanutbutter
🔹Lunch: Kangaroo bolognaise with zoodles (yes we eat kangaroo in Australia calm yourself)
🔹Snacks: Crisp bar (@squareorganics), protein bar(@myproteinau), carrot sticks and cottage cheese
🔹Dinner: Chicken rogan josh with cauliflower rice and steamed veg
🔹Dessert: Cookie Dough @twistedyoghurt topped with Caramilk and PB Whittakers

🔸Total: 2040 cals: 202C 73F 152P (39g fibre)
