NACHO average SALSA SHAKSHUKA!! Just TWO INGREDIENTS! Of all the skillets I’ve made, this may be my favorite…you just need salsa and eggs! Deets: 1 jar of salsa simmered in a small cast iron skillet…crack 2 @vitalfarms eggs over the top once it is bubbling…cover the pan until eggs are cooked through. Topped with avocado, paleo tortilla chips, fresh tomato, vegan cheese, scallions and fresh cilantro. •
