While it may not be a nutrient-dense, satiating food like the other eight, it represents a key factor in sticking to your diet, which is adherence & sustainability.⠀

It’s so important that you are actually able to STICK to your diet plan. If your plan is too restrictive, you may be able to stick to it for a short period of time before eventually falling back into your old eating habits.⠀
