No HASSLE Salmon Sunday clean-out-the-fridge bowl with an egg nest! Happy Sunday!! I hope you all had a fantastic holiday and weekend. I went away this weekend to Portland Maine for a little getaway if you caught my stories. I ate my way through the city, enjoyed some shopping and exploring and spent yesterday recouping from my trip. I woke up today with a to-do list longer than I wanted but slowly chipping away. Made these potatoes for the week and had some today some goods! What did you do this weekend? •

Deets: hassleback golden potatoes seasoned with zaatar seasoning brushed with coconut oil and roasted for 25 mins on 400, roasted tomatoes, arugula, @salmonandsable smoked salmon and a zucchini egg nest. Topped with dill. •
