A simple way to increase your chance of achieving any goal you set is to write it down. That is one reason why journalling is a great tool and habit to adopt. I ?a lot when I was at university, but gave it up at some point after I completed my degree. Looking back, I can see how it contributed to my proudest achievements, so I will definitely adopt it again in 2019 and beyond??.

You don’t have to buy a fancy journal if you don’t want to, a regular notebook will do just fine. Write down all the things you want to achieve, and if appropriate, write down the {realistic} date you want to reach them by. Every day, write and complete a set of tasks that will take you closer toward achieving that goal. They don’t have to be huge tasks, they can be very simple.

For example, if you want to write a blog post by 25 December, your assignment for today could be to write an outline for the blog post. Tomorrow you could work on writing the first paragraph, the next day, the second paragraph etc. Review your day every evening, write down the things you achieved, the things you’re grateful for, the things you could have done better, and how you hope to improve. Some days you may not have a lot to write, and that’s okay. The most important thing is that you work consistently towards your goal (s) and never take your eyes off the prize. #journalling #goalsetting #breakfastbowl
