PLANT(ain)ING my face into this chili-lime SHRIMP bowl today. Still feeling a bit under the weather unfortunately, so taking it easy again today. Filling up on all the colors. I roasted up some plantains and I had a whole bunch of ripe avocados when I got back from my trip so I made a batch of of my avocado crema. I’ve shared the recipe before but posting it again below. I hope you’re all having an amazing Thursday!!



Deets: Baby Kale, roasted peppers, cabbage, cilantro-cauliflower rice (sauté cauliflower rice with some red pepper and garlic and cilantro, just added a little salt and pepper), blueberries, roasted plantains (sliced, sprayed with avocado oil and roasted on 400 for about 20 mins), shrimp seasoned with @traderjoes chili lime spice and sautéed in coconut oil and bone broth. Avocado crema: one ripe avocado, a tablespoon coconut cream, 1/4 cup Cilantro, tablespoon of lime juice and salt to taste. Process in food processor or blend in a blender!
