So easy to put this meal together and so very satisfying (and healthy 🤫). 🌱Recipe: Toss 1-15oz can chickpeas (drained and rinsed) in olive oil, paprika, chili powder and salt to taste. Roast at 400F until crispy (about 20 minutes). 🌱Dressing: whisk 2 tbsp tahini + 1 tbsp low-sodium Tamari or soy sauce + 1 tbsp fresh lime juice + 1 tbsp sriracha + 1 tsp maple. .
