Salmon Sunday! Mexican style. I’m still out of power and staying at my brother’s house. But that doesn’t mean we don’t eat! I spent the morning at my apartment cleaning and trying to salvage my fridge and freezer food ? hoping we get power back soon! Made this delicious bowl with jerk roasted salmon (seasoned with @primalpalate jerk seasoning), mango, cabbage, scallions, avo, pea shoots and black bean/cauliflower rice mix. Delicious!
