You try to be really “good” – Maybe you’re even “good” all week! Until willpower runs out or the weekend comes. Then you break loose and spiral into eating ALL the indulgent food.

You end up undoing all the work you put in during the week, feeling terrible about yourself, and decide to over-correct by eating like a bird again. And so it continues…

Listen, I’ve been there. It’s exhausting and highly detrimental to your weight loss & health goals!

The key ? to breaking this cycle lies in cutting out the restriction by including favorite fun foods back in your diet consistently (when you want them) during the week.

Try choosing intentionally, eating mindfully, and correctly portioning your meals. With that approach, you can most definitely hit your aesthetic goals and eat cake at the same time!

So this is your Monday reminder: No matter how your weekend went, get back to BALANCE this week.
