For those who asked what a flexitarian is – it is a plant-based diet with the occasional addition of animal-based proteins. Flexitarian best describes my current form of eating. It is working very well for me and it’s taken me over 6 months to fully restore my digestive health. I can now happily enjoy all the foods I love without pain or severe bloating.
