Trip to Whole Foods and Boston Public Market left me heavy handed with lots of veggies and goods…so, colorful salad for lunch…duh! I tried out a new TRX tabata class at @burnfitboston, which was pretty awesome. Then made my way to my favorite places. Came home hungry! Made this salad with mix of @organicgirl mache mix and frisée from @stillmansfarm. Roasted red peppers, roasted summer squash, mushrooms, watermelon radish, roasted pumpkin, heirloom cherry tomatoes, avocado and curry roasted chicken. Topped with some fresh sage and a dressing made with @herbaria.de curry powder, coconut aminos and @foragerproject yogurt. So yummy! I hope you all have a lovely afternoon! Happy Saturday!
