Smoked SALMON SUNDAY with LEMON DILL TAHINI PASTA and “cheesy” crispy kale. Happy Sunday loves! Hope you all had a fantastic weekend. I enjoyed mine…doing a road race yesterday for a good cause and eating out in the city last night. Night ended with @pressedjuicery freeze ❤️ Just got back from getting some errands done and this bowl happened! I hope you all enjoy the rest of your day! What was the best part of your weekend? •


Deets: smoked salmon, kale roasted with herbs, salt and nutritional yeast (roasted on 400 for 15 mins and tossed in ingredients and a little olive oil), tomatoes, olives and @explorecuisine mung bean pasta in this delicious sauce. Sauce: 1/3 cup @soomfoods tahini, handful of dill, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon liquid aminos, 1 tablespoon coconut aminos, 2 cloves garlic, 1/3 cup of water. Blend until smooth and add more water if needed. •
