I couldn’t possibly go through summer without having ice cream at least once. @alpro has added a couple of new flavours, Almond Salted Caramel to their ice cream range and I was super excited to try them.
I’m already a big fan of their Vanilla and Hazelnut Chocolate and coconut flavours, but this Almond Salted Caramel is now officially my favourite and available in Waitrose! It is the perfect mix of almonds and swirls of yummy, silky salted caramel, with pieces of caramelised almonds to add a crunchy bite. I chose to have my mine with warm waffles (hidden under the ice cream), strawberries, toasted flaked almonds and chocolate sauce – the ultimate plant-based indulgence!
