This bowl of chips did not last very long. Luckily I had several other batches in the oven or else there would have been chaos in my home ?

I used Maris piper potatoes for this (someone asked me the last time and I couldn’t remember what they were called ?). All I did was cut them into medium slices and cook them at 220oC until they were nicely browned and crispy. Normally I’d boil them before baking, but this method also worked perfectly.

I coated the chickpeas in a blend of smoked paprika and cumin. Then baked them in oven at 180oC for around 15 minutes. I steamed the kale and when it was cooked, I mixed it the chickpeas. I also added some tomato salsa and ate the chips with ketchup. –
Happy Friday ??
