I’m happiest when my bowl is filled with whole foods 😊. Whenever I have beans and grains, I am satisfied for up to 6 hours at a time. 😱Crazy right? If you find that you’re never satiated after plant-based meals, give beans a go. You have to make sure you drink lots of water though or else ‘bloat’ will be your best friend 🙈 What meals keep you satisfied for longer periods? #veganbysomi ~
