When you discover the secret to super quick crispy potato wedges is corn starch ?? I made these yesterday as a side to lunch by tossing about 2 large potatoes-worth of wedges in 1 tbsp of corn starch and 1 tbsp of oil, then seasoning with salt, pepper, d garlic powder. Bake at 425 C for about 30 mins and voila, perfectly crispy wedges without frying ?☺️
