This is my favourite kind of bowl because it don’t require much thought – Just a starch, protein and veg and hey presto – a nourishing, yummy 🌱meal 😊
It’s already been a week since I last ate chickpeas and cravings got the better of me today…I actually realised that since I started exercising more intensely, I haven’t upped my water intake to compensate for the extra water loss. After taking a closer look at things I noticed that the chickpea issue coincided with exercising so I’ve started drinking a lot more water. I had this bowl for lunch and it’s not bothering my stomach at all. Usually by now, I would have been in pain so fingers crossed this is all down to water. I’m not going to push my luck and start having chickpeas as often as before though, I’ll see how it goes over the next couple of weeks.
