Deets: @breadsrsly sweet onion sourdough cooked in a mixture of eggs, almond milk and fresh thyme. Pan fried in ghee and topped with more ghee, chives and a little tahini @soomfoods. Made an herbed yogurt sauce to dip…killer combo. Plus, some arugula, marinated roasted baby Bellas, blood oranges, @pickledplanet kraut and a jammy egg.
