When you miss toast Tuesday you make WAFFLE TOAST on Wednesday ? if you saw my stories I made a whole bunch of pancakes and waffles this morning to freeze…made a few different recipes. I’ll post this one below…it’s protein based and grain free. I ALSO posted the recipe for this delicious no sugar cashew coconut cream in my stories…IT IS AMAZING especially with berries. I have my mom visiting this week so getting a bunch of work done today and tomorrow so I can enjoy a pot luck tomorrow with my family and hopefully spend the day with her Friday. Deets: Topped this baby 4 ways…strawberries and cashew coconut cream/bananas, berries and @spreadthelove almond butter, @nanajoesgranola/avocado, hemp seeds tahini/arugula and soft boiled @vitalfarms egg. WAFFLE RECIPE: 1/2 scoop plant protein, 2 tablespoons coconut flour, 3 egg whites (or one egg plus one white) 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. •
