THAI TUESDAY! (Well sorta!) Sorry all, no toast no tacos today. I just landed in LA and couldn’t be more excited! I’m spending the next few days relaxing before Expo, and since I get to see one of my FAVORITE brands this week (@georgiagrinders I’m looking at you!) I’m sharing this delicious Thai style shrimp noodle bowl I made the other day. The star here is this almond butter sauce made with @georgiagrinders almond butter! I hope you have a lovely Tuesday!

Deets: Edamame noodles with sesame seeds and sesame oil, sugar snap peas, red pepper, avocado, some greens, shrimp marinated in some coconut aminos and curry powder, and the most delicious almond butter sauce (which is going up on the blog)!
