You may disagree, but I think life would be so mundane if we only ever ate for health. Food is pleasure, it would be a shame if we couldn’t indulge sometimes. I eat for health at least 80% of the time, other times, I allow myself to eat things that are probably not the best, but I know feed my mental health and emotions ?
It turns out that this one fits both the health and pleasure bill. That said, it is not always this way and once again, that is OK! If you’re constantly depriving yourself, allow yourself to live a little, life is way too short ?
