Call me absolutely out of my mind, but I was CRAVING curry the other evening, even though it’s been feeling close to 40 degrees Celsius here ?♀️The body wants what it wants, so curry was what I made ✨ I served it with a side of steamed kale and drizzled with lemon juice and it hit the spot – except I was sweating the entire time I was eating it. I haven’t perfected the recipe yet but I’ll be sure to share it as soon as I do! (maybe closer to the fall ?)
