Fettuccini with Peas and Scape Pesto topped with King ? Oyster Mushrooms. Sautéed the farmers market shrooms in @earthbalance Used a marvelous scape recipe by my friend Jessica @withhealthandgratitude, which you can find on her blog. I never even knew what king oyster mushrooms existed until @emwiththehyphen enlightened me. These mushrooom resemble scallops! Ammmazinggg.
