HAPPY HALLOWEEN LOVES!
butternut squash hummus:
1 cans garbanzo
2 cups chopped & roasted chopped butternut
1 tbspgarlic powder
2 tbsp nooch
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp tahini
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
Chop butternut squash into small cubes, roast for 35 minutes in the oven at 400 degrees F.
After butternut squash is ready place all ingredients in the blender and blend until humus is formed and smooth!
