Happy Sunday everyone! ✨I’ve been spending the past few days using social media less to spend a little more time relaxing + recharging for the week ahead, so I thought I’d share this creamy chocolate quinoa porridge I made a few weeks ago that I’m absolutely cravingggg after my 15 mile run today 😍 What’s your go-to breakfast on a Sunday?! 💛.
To make 👇🏼:
Bring 1/2 cup of quinoa in 1 cup of plant-based milk, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, a pinch of salt + 1 tbsp maple syrup to a low boil, then cover and let simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes fully cooked. Once it’s cooked, add any toppings of your choice – I caramelized a banana in 1 tsp of coconut oil, then added a handful of frozen berries, a sprinkle of hemp hearts. Enjoy! 💛
