How shocked would you be if I told you this buddha bowl is NOT topped with a tahini drizzle?! 👀 Decided to take on something a little more adventurous for today’s lunch with a “dragon sauce” inspired by one of my favourite restaurants in my hometown (@wildleek) ✨ This savory sauce is SO good on Buddha bowls, salads and roasted veggies 🌿.
To make 👇🏼:
Blend together 2 tbsp of tahini, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 small cloves of garlic, 1/3 cup nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 lemon, juiced + 1/3 cup of water until smooth. Pour over everything and enjoy! 💛
