That corn though ??A few nights ago I served up these lentil walnut tacos from @ohsheglows with a side of grilled corn on the cob, topped with homemade vegan sriracha ?? To make the sriracha: blend together 1/4 cup of soaked cashews, 1/3 cup water, 2 tbsp lime juice (to taste), 1/2 tsp sriracha (to taste), a pinch of pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder and chilli powder… that’s it! So easy and delicious and perfect for sandwiches, corn, and in burritos (as my boyfriend discovered ☺️) Enjoy! ?
