To make (makes enough for 2 large pieces of bruschetta):
Dice 2 roma tomatoes and combine in a bowl with 1 clove of minced garlic, 6 sliced leaves of basil, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp @Bertolli_US olive oil, 6 sliced kalamata olives and a dash of salt and pepper.
